Toss Curly Kale with olive oil and sea salt. Make sure each leaf is covered with a thin layer of oil.
3. Air-fry at 180°C for 5 – 6 minutes. Shake the basket at the 3-4 minute mark to ensure that the leaves do not stick to the sides. Once crisp, remove the kale and set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
4. Transfer to a serving plate or bowl. Enjoy as is, or add your preferred seasoning like black pepper or garlic powder. Alternatively, serve it with a dip!
Cultiveat Curly Kale is tender and can be used without removing the stems. You may cut the larger leaves to enable even air frying.
Leave some space in the basket between leaves, do not fill it to the brim. Air-fry in batches if you’re making a bigger portion.
Covering the kale with an air fryer rack prevents the leaves from flying around in the air fryer and sticking to the top of the machine.
