Sticky Tomato Pudding

It’s the Sticky Date Pudding but with a fresh twist: tomatoes! Bite into a tender, sticky cake soaked with tomato-infused toffee for a fruity experience that will please fans of the fruit, and the classic holiday dessert!

  • Ingredients: Cultiveat tomatoes, flour, eggs, butter, brown sugar, cream, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise
  • Weight: 600g ± / 5-inch cake

Storage & Serving Guide

The cake and toffee do not contain preservatives and must be refrigerated upon receiving.

  1. Prior to serving, remove cake from the fridge to allow it to come to room temperature. Alternatively, heat the cake whole in the microwave for 30 – 60 seconds on medium – high, or until warm. Check periodically. Decrease temperature and time if you are heating the cake by slice.
  2. The cake is pre-soaked with toffee, but come with some extra which you can add to your liking. Heat your desired amount in a microwave-safe container for 5 – 10 seconds on low heat.
  3. Portion the cake and spoon over the toffee.
  4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
