Made with Japanese rye and coated with rolled oat flakes, this earthy sourdough delivers a light and open crumb with a full body flavour and crisp crust.

  • Weight: 760g
  • Ingredients: Japanese rye flour, water, sourdough starter, salt, oat.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Alternatively, store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Delivery: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

  1. If you make an order with bread and other items, your entire order will be delivered on the delivery date selected for your bread here.
  2. If you purchase more than one type of bread, please select the same delivery date. Selecting different delivery dates will incur additional delivery charges.
