Teaching people about the importance of choosing foods that are good for you and the farmers, all while working with the urgency of climate change is an uphill battle. It means spending half the day in the car to race to farm tours, media interviews, pitches, operations meetings, and replying to enquiries and emails in between.
His words are many and frequent, but the message is singular – safe, sustainable food for all.
