- Manage customer enquiries and feedback via email, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Assist customers with manual orders, and manage special requests.
- Communicate with partner suppliers to respond to customer enquiries.

- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive apps.
- Excellent English proficiency – spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Chinese dialects are a bonus.
