- Manage customer enquiries and feedback via email, social media, and other communication platforms.
- Develop customer support and communications procedures, policies, and standards.
- Recruit and train customer service representatives, then manage the team.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and strategy to fulfil them.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programmes.
- Work with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and communications.
- Min. 3 years experience as a customer service representative.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive apps.
- Excellent English proficiency – spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Chinese dialects are a bonus.
